Blue Glitter Party

Heyaa!
I'm back with a new nail art for my awesome girls! :) It is really fun trying out the things where you are not really good at. In my case, it is FREEHAND. If you're a frequent visitor of my blog, you probably know that I am trying my best on practicing it. :)


I've had Pool Party by Milani for a long time and this is the first time that I've tried it. Then I added OPI's Last Friday Night and Disco Fever from Caress for some glitter-y effect! :) You all know that I LOVE GLITTERS! So the outcome of my design made me really really happy. ♥


I'm so loving the length of nails now. :)

Happy Weekend ladies!

How did your week went? Mine was ok. :)

I went through a hard breakup with my boyfriend of 3years. After months and months of endless nights crying I have finally now moved on! Yey!

The design I made has different face expressions. Well I just randomly thought of the design and yes it is FREEHAND so please bare with me! hehehe. :)

• Caronia Nail Hardener/Base Coat

• Pure Ice in ICED COPPER (base polish)

• Reeves Acrylic Paint (white, yellow, black)

• Pure Ice in OH BABY! (top coat)

Caress - Christmas Polka

I really don't know why so I'm in love with glitter polishes.
It's like everytime I see one, my eyes goes like this (♥.♥) hahaha. I just wish that the local brands here would produce MORE varieties of it.


CARESS is a local polish brand here in the Philippines. I bought this one for only 24.75PHP (0.59USD). Ain't it cheap? Plus application was very easy and it dries fast for a glitter polish. :)

My base polish is 2 coats of China Glaze in Celtic Sun.

See the silver, purple and red glitters?? I LOVE IT!

Purple Flowers (Practicing FreeHand)

Thank God it's Friday!

I'm really excited with this post. I've been exchanging emails with my fellow nail blogger MARIA asking her a few tips. She told me to first practice on a piece of paper. So I have been practicing for few days now. Man I really suck at it!!! But this morning, I finally got the easy technique that works for me. Thanks Maria! ♥

Since I am still in the process of practicing, I only bought the acrylic paint I used in this design from a local craft store for a really cheap price. :) You will see that my design is far from being perfect nor beautiful. But as long as I am happy with the outcome, so be it. :) I will simply practice more to improve on these technique.

OPI - Swimsuit...Nailed It!

I'm sick for 2days now... :( Fever. Cough. Sore throat! huhu :(
But I still have to do ALL the chores in the house. Being the eldest sister with your parents working in Kuwait can sometimes be very tiring. But it is worthy when I see my sisters excel from school. ♥


Being sick won't stop me from posting. :) When I do swatches for a blog post, I don't apply a top coat. Cos I wanted everyone to see the actual shade of the polish. I'm not really a fan of any blue shades. But OPI's Swimsuit...Nailed It! is so pretty!!! It has an effect similar to nail foils.

Applied 2coats on my nails. My only problem was it STAINED my nails when I took it off!!! :( Yes I forgot to apply my base coat. But based on my experience with OPI polishes, it never stained my nails. That's the only thing that kinda sucks for me. In all it is a nice color.

4th of July

Happy 4th of July to all my nail friends and family in the U.S.!!! :)

A bit of history, I studied middle school in California from 1999 to 2002. Where I got to experience a LOT of new things like playing baseball (I ALMOST made a home run! haha), basketball, and wrestling!!! hahaha. Personally, I find it really fun studying there. :) I made a lot of friends, crushes too! hehe :) I was also a consistent honor student. :) PLUS I got to go to the most happiest place on earth DISNEYLAND! :) Those years where really unforgettable. ♥

So moving on. I did an effortless nail art today. :)
I didn't put any red polish. Cos I simply want it to be different.

The Unknown Flower

I feel so lazy since it has been raining the whole day!
So these will be a quick post. hehe. :)

My title post is THE UNKNOWN FLOWER. Cos seriously, I don't know if what I did looks like a flower at all. You girls be the judge! :) But I quite like the outcome. Refreshing to my eyes. Perfect for a gloomy day. PLUS it is really easy to do! :)

L.A. Colors - Pink Sizzle

Hello girls! Last weekend I bought a few nail things. Will post photos on my next post. :) One polish from that haul is L.A. Colors' PINK SIZZLE bought it for 89.00PHP(or 2.12USD) at SM Fairview department store. I instantly fell in love with the color! :) Though it was a bit sheer for me. But in all application was very easy. Plus, it already has a shiny finish. You might find the shade a bit darker on my photos. It's because I first applied a dark purple polish then I applied 2 coats of pink sizzle. NO top coat. I honestly loved the outcome! ♥ Ooohh and I'm really really loving the length of my nails. :)
